Gifts, talents, and maturity / Don, talan, ak matirite
Talents are natural or developed abilities. Gifts are Spirit-enabled capacities for God’s purposes in community. God can use talents in ministry. Giftedness alone does not prove maturity; character, love, humility, and accountability remain essential.

Ephesians 4 connects gifts with equipping believers, building up the body, and maturity. Acts 6 shows wise sharing of responsibilities. Romans 12 calls believers to use diverse gifts with humility.
