We believe Christian leadership begins with the formation of the whole person. Knowledge matters, but faithful leadership also requires character, discernment, cultural understanding and the ability to translate truth into meaningful service.
The Institute brings these commitments together through accessible online learning, guided reflection, practical tools, church partnerships and Caribbean-grounded scholarship.

Founded by Dr. Kevin A. Hall
Dr. Kevin A. Hall is an ordained pastor, Christian educator, author and scholar in Christian educational leadership. His work connects biblical formation, organizational leadership, teaching and Caribbean educational experience.
Through The Way Institute, he is developing a learning community for pastors, educators, ministry leaders, emerging leaders and learners seeking serious formation in an accessible format.
