Digital Products Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital downloads and other electronically delivered resources purchased from The Way Institute of Christian Educational Leadership (“The Way Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Digital delivery
Digital products are ordinarily made available immediately after successful payment through the order-confirmation page and the purchaser’s confirmation email. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining compatible software and internet access.
Sales after access or download
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once download access has been granted. We do not normally provide refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the resource, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference.
When we will assist
Please contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the download link does not work or the purchased file cannot be accessed;
- the file is corrupted, materially incomplete, or materially different from its published description; or
- you received the wrong digital product.
Where appropriate, we may restore access, replace or correct the file, provide the correct product, or issue a full or partial refund. We may request the order number, purchase email address, and a description or screenshot of the problem.
Request period
Please report access problems, duplicate charges, or material defects within seven (7) days of purchase whenever reasonably possible. Reporting within this period helps us investigate promptly, but it does not limit any rights that cannot legally be limited.
Courses, tutoring, and scheduled services
This digital-products policy does not automatically govern live tutoring, cohort courses, consultations, or other scheduled services. Any service-specific cancellation terms displayed at registration will apply. If no separate terms are displayed, contact us before the scheduled service for assistance.
Payment reversals
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the concern. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of access, subject to applicable law.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to the transaction, including applicable laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
